Milwobbly Premise

LONDONDERRY - The Brewers just finished destroying the Mets 12-3 in New York and the national media are starting to pay attention - big time. Here at YITS, we are proud of our "WE WERE HERE FIRST!!!" mentality - and in that spirit are creating a list of all Brewers backers who rooted for the Crew in the lean years. Consider this a Wisconsin-style Tornado Warning for all fair-weather fans.

Why does MA$E sound familiar?

Hardy man! 5 RBI's!

The fool is crazy. Did you guys happen to see the diving play he made to end the game?

MVP!

Mase is Puff Daddy's former protege, rapped on Bad Boy records in the late 1990s, and kind of served as a de facto replacement (not an easy thing to do) after B.I.G.'s death. He favors the new-style Brewers cap like me because the M also stands in for our initials.

Actually, the national media has been pretty fair in assessing the Brewers so far. It's the entrenched, jaded, local media that has been overwhelmingly negative. Lots of talk of "it's just a matter of time before they collapse." I'm not guaranteeing a Pennant, World Series or anything - but chances are pretty good they'll make the playoffs coming out of the central. Whys everybodys gots to beez so negatives?

You should take a picture of Carrot in or around a Brewers hat and submit it to I Can Has Cheeseburger?

That would be cute.
