The CW announces first show post writer's strike, 'All in the Mar'
Sitcom features singer Har Mar Superstar; said to be music industry 'Entourage'
HOLLWOOD - All in the Mar, a sitcom following the exploits of musician Har Mar Superstar, will premiere Sunday, Feb 24th on The CW Network.
"We're extremely pleased that Hollywood writers are back to work. Network television has suffered during their absence. We're confident that All in the Mar will restore the quality and integrity missing these past few months," said CW Network President Dawn Ostroff.
All in the Mar will fill the 8/7c Sunday night time slot currently occupied by a second airing of Everybody Hates Chris.
The show is being described as a music industry equivalent to HBO's popular, Entourage. The CW Network released the following synopsis:
Landing that elusive major label record deal is hard enough. But doing it with three bumbling friends, one of whom also happens to be your highly emotional manager, is almost impossible. Just ask Har Mar Superstar.
Join Har Mar, his manager and best friend, JDot and do-nothing-do good-ers, Minh and Germo, as they attempt to bring Har Mar's music of love, peace, and mustache rides to the mainstream.
*All in the Mar, Sundays @ 8, right before America's Next Top Model, only on The CW.
All in the Mar is a production of Silent Party Productions in association with The Gangsta Warner Group, LLC.

I'm TOTALLY going to set my TeVo to record this.
THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST SHOW EVER!
...with the exception of Kids In The Hall, of course.
This is the NEW Kids in the Hall!
I'd watch it!
