Grand Master Flash & The Furious Five Inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
GLENDALE, CA (YIFTM) - As the first rap group to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Grand Master Flash & The Furious Five have kicked down the door for other reputable non-rock acts. Within a few years it would please Yeah, I Figured to see the following Hip hop greats inducted into the coveted Hall: Eric B. & Rakim, the Beastie Boys, Run-D.M.C., LL Cool J, EPMD, the Ultramagnetic MC’s, KRS-One, Public Enemy, A Tribe Called Quest, and eventually such Hip hop groups as Onyx, Kool Keith, Del tha Funkee Homosapien Lords of the Underground, De La Soul, the Pharcyde, Cypress Hill and everyone else on the Judgement Night soundtrack.
The art that is Hip hop has now been respected and honored like never before. Now if only the Hall of Fame were someplace other than Cleveland.
