According to Professor David Nutt of Britain's Bristol University, this is the list of the 10 most dangerous drugs. I can't help but notice that Cannabis didn't make the list, but in the town of 1200 people I grew up in there are 5 bars. Hypocracy at its finest.

What about Crystal Meth? When my dad and I went on our ill-fated canoe trip we smelled some funny chemicals in the middle of nowhere. We joked about it being a meth lab.
I think #4, street methadone is in reference to "CRYSTAL METH!"
Methadone is a synthetic opioid, used medically as an analgesic and in the treatment of narcotic addiction.
Methamphetamine (methylamphetamine or desoxyephedrine), popularly shortened to meth, is a psychostimulant drug. It is prescribed for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder or narcolepsy under the brand name Desoxyn. It is also used illegally for recreational purposes. "Crystal meth" refers to the crystaline, smokeable form of the drug and is not used for the drug in pill or powdered form.
I think Street Methadone is different - believe Anna Nicole Smith was on it.
